Grounded in Catholic Social Teaching, the advocacy efforts at the Duke Catholic Center’s program ENCOUNTER Social Justice, raises awareness for social issues such as poverty and homelessness. We also have a relationship with the Franciscan Action Network (FAN) in Washington D.C. https://franciscanaction.org/
